Make sure your computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Google printer.
If you're using a wired connection, ensure all cables are securely plugged in.
Open Device Manager on your Windows computer (Press Win + X then select "Device Manager").
Right-click on the Google printer device and select "Update driver."
You may need to install the latest driver from the Google Print Support Center.
Click on Start > Settings > System > Printers and Faxes.
Select your Google printer and click "Remove."
Then, click "Add Printer" and choose "Google Cloud Print."
