How to Take a Screenshot on Your Computer

Step 1: Press the Print Screen Key

On Windows, press Windows key + Shift + S.

On macOS, press Command + Control + C.

Step 2: Select the Area You Want to Capture

Drag your mouse to select the area you want to capture.

You can also click and drag to create a rectangular shape.

Step 3: Click "Capture"

A screenshot will be generated and displayed in your default image viewer.

You can save the image by clicking "Save As."

Step 4: Save or Share Your Screenshot

Click "Save As" to save the image to your computer.

Alternatively, right-click the image and choose "Copy" or "Share."
