How to Take a Screenshot on Windows 11

Step 1: Press the Print Screen key

Press Windows Key + Shift + S to capture the entire screen.

A new window will appear with the screenshot.

Step 2: Choose where to save the image

Click on the "Save As" option in the screenshot window.

Select a folder to save the image. You can also choose "This PC" to save it directly.

Step 3: Save the screenshot

Click "Save" to download the image.

The image will be saved in the selected folder.

Step 4: Verify the screenshot

Open the folder where you saved the image and check that it exists.

If everything worked, you've successfully taken a screenshot!

Additional Tips:

• Use keyboard shortcuts: Windows Key + Shift + S.
• Customize saving options: Select "Save as type" to choose between PNG and JPEG.
• Resize the screenshot: Right-click the image and select "Zoom."
