Beijing, China - The Chinese government has unveiled its comprehensive climate policy plan for the year 2030, aiming to achieve carbon neutrality by mid-century.
According to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the new policy includes:
"This strategy is a significant step towards achieving global climate goals," said Vice Premier Sun Chunlor.
Shenzhen, China - China's leading technology company, Tencent, has acquired a U.S.-based artificial intelligence startup, MindX, to bolster its research and development capabilities.
The acquisition allows Tencent to accelerate the development of intelligent algorithms and AI applications across various industries, including finance and healthcare.

Kolkata, India - The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has expanded its reach to South Asia, with several infrastructure projects being launched in countries such as Nepal and Bhutan.
The BRI projects include the construction of roads, railways, and power plants in these regions, aimed at fostering economic integration and regional cooperation.
"This initiative is not only about economic growth but also about building a better future for all people," said India's External Affairs Minister Dr. Sushma Swaraj.
