The developers from Elixir have posted multiple posts condemning the group for what they call "unprofessional behavior" and "lack of respect."
"We are tired of the arrogance and lack of accountability," one Elixir member wrote. "Developer Den has become a disgrace to the programming community."
The company has since begun issuing official statements and has announced plans to take legal action against the group.
Despite the backlash, the members of Developer Den remain defiant, insisting they are merely following the rules and seeking to create a space for open dialogue.
