Solution:

Step 1: Carefully remove the mini-MandM tube from the microwave.
Step 2: Place the cylinder within the tube so that the 5-inch length aligns with the 4-inch girth.
Step 3: Microwave the tube for 30 seconds at medium power. The butter should melt slightly, making the tube more flexible.
