- 2 cups white wine
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Rinse the duck and pat dry with paper towels.
- Step 2: Place the duck in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Step 3: Add the white wine, beef broth, and chicken broth to the pan.
- Step 4: Pour in the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
- Step 5: Add the black pepper and salt.
- Step 6: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Step 7: Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before serving.
