Ingredients

  • Marinated duck breast

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare ingredients: mix together marinated duck, dry white wine, black peppercorns, crushed salted peanuts, fried leeks, seared mushrooms, french fries, herbed rice, roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes.
  3. Arrange on baking sheet: place all prepared items on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes: let the ducks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Garlic butter: melt garlic butter over the top of the duck, pour over the entire dish, and serve with some extra herbs.
